Water and Oil Proofing Agent JL-WRS-C35

Brief IntroductionThis product is a fluorine based water and oil repellent agent. It is suitable for all kinds of fibers, imparting super water/oil repellency to natural fibers, for example, cotton, and synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon and their blends. The fabrics treated with this product are resistant to repeated dry cleaning and laundering.

            pH:  3∼4

            Ionic Nature:  Nonionic or Weak Cationic

Outstanding Features

1. Imparts excellent water repellency and grease proof to natural and synthetic fibers

2. Well resistant to dry cleaning and laundering (better with durable press resin)

3. Provide good stability to emulsion (stability of emulsion are nearly not affected by change of pH)

4. Provides soft hand to the fabric treated with this product with little effect on the color shade and no ending.

Application

The exact best amount level should be decided according to the stitch structure of the fabric to be treated and the requirements of water/oil repellency. Generally, the following formulas and pad-dry-curing process can be used to treat the fabric.

1. Suggested formula for ordinary water-repellency

Suggested amount of JL-WRS-C35g/l   30∼60      20∼40    10∼20     15∼30

Technique Process One dip and one nip, Wet Pick-up 40∼70,Drying,105×0.5∼2min,

Curing150∼160×2∼4min or 180×1∼2min.

2. Suggested formula for durable water-repellency

Important Note

Stir to mix well before using and keep the container of left product sealed for using next time.

Package and Storage

120kg in plastic drums, we suggest keep the product in closed containers in cool place and protect it from freezing.
