Brief IntroductionNot containing APEO, this product is an environment friendly antistatic agent. Because synthetic fibers, such as polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride fiber and acrylic fiber, are hydrophobic, so electrostatic charges produced in preparation and spinning process for friction are hard to eliminate and influence the normal production. Static electrical phenomenon is eliminated by treating synthetic fibers with Antistatic agent SN.

Directions of Application

1. Used to eliminate the electrostatic charges in spinning processes of synthetic fibers

The method isMake the fiber pass through the emulsified solution containing this product.

The emulsified solution is prepared with emulsifier SN, Anti-static agent SN and water. The suggested amounts to use are0.20.5%o.w.f.

2. When used alone in post treatment of textiles, the product will impart smoothness, soft hand, antistatic property,fuzz resistance and pilling resistance to the treated fabric.

Reference application levels for pad finishing process are 10-30g/l.

Important Note

1. Do not contact or use the product together with anionic surfactants.

2. Stir to mix well before using, and keep the container of left product sealed for using next time.

The product has a shelf life of 6 months when stored in cool, dry and ventilative warehouse and protected from freezing and sunlight. Being nontoxic, transported as no dangerous product.
